Today, we had the first snowfall for this season.

Upon waking up, we found that everything got a dusting overnight. It was not covering everything, but grass areas, cars, roofs, were all partially covered by a centimeter or less. The temperature was below zero during day time for the first time this winter. By noon, it has all but disappeared from grassy areas, but continued to fall throughout the day.

When it was time to go home around 5:30 pm, the windshield has developed some ice on it, and I had to use a scraper to get it out, just as if we were in January.

On the radio, they said that Toronto got its first snow last year on 8th of December, and this year, it was one month early.

I started wearing the winter coat, gloves and scarf already.
