Mobilicity, another mobile carrier in Canada, is approved by the CRTC

Joining the heels of WIND Mobile, a new company, Mobilicity, will start operations in Spring 2010.

According to earlier news, the networks is to be built by Ericsson. It does not explicitly say that their network is GSM, but since Mobilicity has a roaming agreement with Rogers, and in the USA, its mobile roaming partner is T-Mobile, one can assume that it is a GSM network, unlike WIND Mobile's AWS.

They also have a cell site sharing with Bell.
