The canadian flag had a forced vote before Cyrus leblanc of Bouctouche New-Brunswick had a chance to submit it. Whitnesses Memramcook to Richibucto is common knowledge. Mr Leblanc never got recongition and is trying to now. He is 92 years old and the first canadian flag company has the account.
