E-Commerce Linkpoint API Module Working Now

The Linkpoint API module is part of the contributed set of modules for Drupal's E-Commerce suite.

It was originally written as a quick and dirty hack to the Authorize.net module. As time passed by, E-Commerce APIs changed, and the Linkpoint API module no longer worked.

Recently, a client wanted to use that module, and it did not work. So, I modified it to work again, and behave properly. The nice thing is that test mode also works. Comes in handy for testing before going live.

The changes are back in the repository, after checking with Gordon Heydon, E-Commerce maintainer.

Hey, thanks!

Thanks, Khalid.

The quick and dirty hack was mine :) I was hoping it would be helpful to put it into cvs just in case.

Open Source works

Yes, if you had not started with Linkpoint API, my client would not know it was an option in the first place.

One of the beauties of Open Source is that someone can start something, and another picks the ball and run with it. The end result is greater than the sum of efforts.

I take it this fix was for Drupal 4.6

Because I am getting

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_textarea()

When i try to run on drupal 4.7

Yes

Yes, I did not do anything to make it work with 4.7 so far.

4.7 linkpoint

I did some of the initial work that needed to be done here:

I think it works, but as it stands I can't get my 4.6 install to talk to link point. What's the deal with the transaction key?
