Recent media coverage of three terror attacks all point to the same repeating pattern: authorities getting notice that they will happen, but not doing something to stop them.First, you have George Tenet, the ex-CIA director, authoring a book where he says that the U.S.A. ignored clear warnings before the September 11 attacks. Then you have the MI-5, UK's spy agency, resisting calls for a public inquiry after news that it was watching two out of four suicide bombers responsible for the 2005 attacks. And in Canada, you have the police made aware of the Air India bombing a full 11 days before it happened.
