Saudi Arabia's ISPs - Introduction

So, you live in Saudi Arabia, and all your friends and colleagues at the office have Internet access, except you, that is...You want to get an internet account, but puzzled on what is available in the market... Or perhaps you are a young Saudi studying abroad, and get internet access at your university. Your study is coming to an end, and you are moving back to the kingdom, and wonder what internet access is available these days... Or maybe your company is moving you to Saudi Arabia, and you don't know what internet access options are there in that country... The purpose of this site is to give information about the internet in Saudi Arabia to those who need it. Emphasis on ISPs offering an Unlimited Access Option is singled out here, since most web addicts (like me) want to surf all the time, although this gets really expensive in Saudi Arabia, as detailed in the site. I started this page in March of 1999, when doing research for myself to subscribe to the then newly available internet. I immediatley realized that this information would be useful to others as well, and decided to publish it on the internet. Over time, it evolved from a single page, to a whole site.
