Internet Scams and Fraud

I received the following e-mail today...much shorter than the one's listed above - but the same intnet.

(4) Bagel (for 250 people)
(5) Pizza (50 whole large pepperoni pizzas)
(6) Gift basket for 10 guests at the worth of $100 for each basket (Its may be combination of Mugs, Soaps, honey, oil,wine, lotion, bath items, baking goods, snack or any varieties of gift items you can provide)
(7) Honey ( for 250 guests, either 8 or 10 or 12oz size jar honey)
(8) 20 vases of artificial roses, of different colors ( each vases containing a dozen of roses)
So please kindly let me know which of the listed items you can provide me, and how much cost estimate am looking at. And I will like the order to be ready for pick up 2pm on the 20th of November 2012.
Once I have your reply, then we shall proceed from there. I will be waiting to hear from you as soon as possible.

I get these all the time some are easy to tell they are scams the the first one wanted me to send ice carvings to:

"i have attached a pick of what i want but i don't know how long it will take you to do that,i will be needing them in about 2 weeks if that is okay.the items will be taking to Trinidad & Tobago but not to worry about that because a shipping company will come to your location for the items to the delivery destination so all i need from you know is to tell me how much one will cost if made and weight with out shipping charges also i want to make payment with my credit card details before the items are ready,so that the shipping company will come pick them up as soon as they are ready,i hope to hear from you soon.
