Now they are sending a letter. Mine was from Calle/Serrano No 31, Planta 12a, Madrid, Spain. I was to contact Raul Carlos Juan, Foreign Operations manager, Quincy Seguros Company with a tel:01134697803612. He does answer the phone and told me if I come over to claim it that there is a fee of $2,000.00 USD for transfer. That's bullshit. There is no lottery that does not pay for everything. He then told me to send $900.00 to his insurance agent in Florida and gave me the address. This poor guy is either another crook and does not know why he is receiving the money and forwards the money via Western Union to someone in Spain or another country. They all have fake ID's over there so that person is not going to be found after they claim your money from western union.
They are getting smarter and smarter but just remember that real lotter folks do pay for everything and you pay for nothing if you win. Your odds are staggering though.

I am amazed at how many people are scammed by email notifications stating that they have won the Euro Millions. In many cases individuals send off all their requested personal information even though they haven't even paid to enter the draw in the first place. Come on people, use your brains.
