After all the legal procedures that will empower our bank to remit your lottery fund into your bank account under the regulation of Central Bank Of Nigeria (CBN) and the World Bank (WB) which will cost you the total sum of US$2,000 USD for the International Transfer Taxes.
2) DIPLOMATIC DELIVERY SYSTEM OF PAYMENT
Your lottery fund will be packaged in a Diplomatic Box as your consignment and our bank will send a Diplomatic Delivery Officer to come to Saudi Arabia with 72 hours and deliver the consignment directly to you. This payment mode will cost you the total sum of US$3,500 USD for the delivery fee and for the clearance fee of the consignment from the Airport in Saudi Arabia. This is because immediately the Diplomat arrives in the Saudi Airport, the custom and immigration officer will seize the consignment for clearing. Tel: +27-785 969 033Fax: +27 86 608 6920
When sending the document back to us through fax you must remember to replace the(+) on the fax number with 011 follow by the other number....E.g 011 27 86 608 6920 that is how you dial the number
I then had two attached pages
one asked for personal information name,address,telephone,fax,batch number,serial number,wining numbers no,amount won, email address,banks name,address,account no.,swift code,and routing no.
the next page was a declaration that the information i gave was the truth to my knowledge and that i swear not to tell anyone that i won until after i claimed my money, that i will not use the money in an illegal fashion like drugs or Terrorist activates(thats how they spelled it)and that i swear that if i do something that inables me to claim my prize that i will continue to keep it a secret.
Really the more i read this garbage full of mispelled words the angrier i get. I cant believe these idiots are allowed to do this and you would figure that if their smart enough to get around our security they could at least spell activities correctly. well i hope this helps some of you steer clear of this shit and whatever you do dont give anyone your bank information. best of luck

Subject: Re: 2010 WORLD CUP WINNING NOTIFICATION
Dear Patricia -
I am SO EXCITED to hear that I have won one million dollars in the monthly online Sweepstake Promotion held on May 4th!!!!!!!! I have never won anything before (except for that one time I won a "free" dance with the beauty queen in the West Virginia State Fair back in '94, but that was a long time ago).
My fingers are trembling with excitement as I type this! You see, it's been a very, VERY rough year financially for me. We've had to spend thousands of dollars on hip surgery for our ageing showdogs, and another several thousand for a state mandated quarantine period for our truffle pig (thanks a LOT, Mexican flu...)
One million dollars is a lot (a LOT) of money, and that would surely help us out in many other ways as well. So please please please just let me know what I have to do to claim my prize. I'll do anything, as long as you can personally assure me that we will be able to collect our prize money relatively soon. I'm not sure how these things work, but I'm imagining I will be able to pick up some bags full of money from one of the Sweepstakes Promotions Personnel?
Please please let me know what you need from me in order for me to collect my prize. The thought of my money problems going away is already making my hemhorroids less painful. Thank you!
To answer some of your questions below:
My name is Michael [xxxxxxxxx]
I am a 30 or so year old man living in the states.
Occupation: I had made a name for myself mostly as a shark wrangler, until the accident. Now I work as a consultant, teaching others how to wrangle sharks (mostly at aquariums and pre-schools).
My grandfather slipped in his workshop many years ago and was strangled by a telephone cord, so now I've got sort of a fear of phones and do not use them; but I know you have my email address and you can contact me through that.
Thanks again for this wonderful news!
Humbly Yours (I will not let my newfound wealth go to my head),
Michael [xxxxxxxxx]
