As I haave just come back from Spain and did my booking on line I was wondering whether it was authentic or not. The form they sent out to receive the claim didn't ask for bank details and just asked how you'd like to be paid and asked for address etc. So I sent the details and asked for a cheque. They have now sent another email saying for the legal side of tax they need 550 euros up front which has obviously got me wondering. Henced I have surfed the net and found this website. HAve you had any other people email you since you put out your warning?

I also received this funny EURO PRIZE offering loads of money. At first it looks real, after reading about it I confirmed my doubts.
I support your idea of filing a law suit. I think there must be some Internet Police, or we should join forces and suggest the authorities in Europe, USA, Canada to establish an internet police to grab this people. Reading all these comments I realize that they have been around for a couple years at least since 2007. They should be stopped and subject to judiciary process.
Have you started any process in this sense? Any ideas how to proceed?
