Mr. James sent me a notification as a winner and took over 4700.00 dollars from me,
There was excuse, certificates.
Now he has informed me that I'm to pay 8000.00 for a anti terrorist back ground check as his Diplomat John West is at Dallas International airport with my consignment!
I want to have this man arrested for fraud and theft!

Then is 100% false, or there is some way to view if this can be true?
