Email scam: Platinum Lottery International, South African Lottery, FIFA

I have recieved this same lottery notification a dozen times. It is a fraud, please do not believe nor send any kind of information.

Thought i'd add the 2009 variant of what is clearly a scam e-mail. It would be nice to receive a genuine e-mail one day!!! What all these other people to to bear in mind before getting excited is: Have i entered any competitions recently - - Why is the reply e-mail address not official domain rather than personal one? - - why do they need such personal information etc etc.

Just another day of receiving poorly written scam e-mails.

I got the same email. Im always also getting other emails saying I have money waiting to be given to me for the stupidest things. Its usually someone in another country. I dont know how this can be legal at all. There should be someone to report all these scams to. All they are trying to do is get info out of you and get your money and info. Its not right. I cant tell you how many I get. I would like to know how they get my email address. The one guy when I asked what my name was then he knew! It really isnt right that they can do this. There should be a stop to this!
