Yes it is a scam... apretty good one! I received the same but this one on South African Lottery. 1,000,000 US$ win. Fortunately, I already knew how these crooks work. I just deleted the message. I used to play with them like cat and mouse! But I no longer do that. They get your email and send you other scam emails....
