HOW DOES THIS SCAM WORK? THEY HAVE SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING I WON 1,000,000

  • reply

Fees

Mon, 2007/07/30 - 10:18

They will ask you for fees.

First it is courier and insurance fees, then it is account opening fee, then it is taxes, ...etc.

They will keep coming up with new fees as long as you keep paying, hoping for the 1,000,000.

Until you realize it is a scam, and they have already made money from you, then they will say the money is there, but you have not fulfilled all the requirements to claim it.

Tue, 2009/05/19 - 17:30

I received an e-mail saying I had won 1000 000 euro. Of course I thought it was a scam. I can't believe someone would be so gullible to believe anyone would give away that amount of money.
