Another scam claiming that I won a BMW 5 series car and a cash prize of 1 millon pound!

i got the massage from international promotional department of microsoft automobile that i won the price 250000 pounds.and the sms sender adviced me that i have to submmite my account number of bank so i have submitted all information through the e-mail sirwhite@live.co.uk.then sent me a mail that my price had been transfor in to rbi then he adviced to me i have to put 29000 rupees in the account for the regestion charge .so still i am not able to get my amount.please conformation about it and send me the massage how can i got my price .
