Email Scam: Euro Million Award Lottery

I was originally contacted by Mr Alvaro who was supposedly an agent for Euromilliones Lottery, to tell me that I was chosen to win and the winnings would be forwarded to me via DCS (International Diplomatic Courier Service). I kept getting hit with charges to pay and the cheque would be delivered the following day. Between Mr Alvaro and Mr Jonathan Freeze of DCS, they scammed me for $4,500.I was promised by Mr Alvaro that a court ruling was going to return all my money,however, I would have to pay another $3,100. to get it. Why are most of the scams arrising in Spain -- is that where all the crooks are? By preying on the sick and elderly they are destroying lives by bleeding these people of all there savings - just like a bunch of bloodsuckers. Thanks

September 10 2012,i also received an Sms that my mobile number has win in the EURO MILLIONS MOBILE AWARD. THEY ASK ME TO SEND MY NUMBER AND MY NAME in the email address they give to me.. How would i know if this is a scam or not?

15.11.2012 i received email from EURO MILLIONS AVENTURA EU, that my email won a 850.000 euro. thay open account in caja ahhoros de piedad cordoba spain and send me account number. is it scam or not?
