Fake Euro-Afro- American Sweepstake Lottery International email

I got this mail too.
But i work in Tax police in Moldova, so i will find the truth!!!

I have recieved the following e mail message from the above mentioned Lottery program and I still don't know whether it is a scam or is it for real? If it is a scam then I would pray right now that some body please arrest these people and stop this menace because they give you hope for your future and then suddenly you find out that you are being framed. I am personally a University student and financially not very sound and they have given me this message at first i had thought about winning all this amount of money believe me it was very exciting but later the reply of Barrister Usman Ali shattered my hopes when he asked me to send him 635 US Dollars for processing my prize money to be recieved by me at home. Both the e mails are shown below:
