Craigslist classified for used car: Cheque fraud scam

I got info on two different cars by two different people, but was the same email text.And she wants to only use ebay protection program. does this sounds like a scam?

Here's the latest SCAM from this guy...he sent me a "check" for $2150.00...what does he think? I'm not that stupid...
