The person who said this is

Tue, 2009/10/27 - 02:09

The person who said this is real is one of the dupes, I wonder why his/her message was posted on this site. People the question you need to ask yourself is this" did I ever enter for a World cup lotto?" If you never entered a draw/ bonanza or lottery why would you believe a mail saying you won? Please dont fall prey to their deception, you would only be proving your gullibility and greed.

I had a message sent to my ceel phone
"You have won 420,000 pounds GBP from SA World Cup Award held in London. Email claim Agent for your prize. Dr Andrews, Email: p.a.britishboard@gmail.com"

Let me warn yyou that the email address or phone number you are given might even be valid, someone might pick, it still doesnt mean that person is not a fraud, sometimes they are so well organized, they actually man those numbers and addresses.
BE WARNED!!!

Thank God for google because I had to cross check to find out their authenticity. They just chose to play with our emotions when we think of what a million dollars will do for us.
